ABOUT OUR EMBROIDERY:

Large format Commercial Machine embroidery contains 100,000 - 250,000 stitches and takes 3-5 hours to sew each item.  We digitalize from original artwork and photos only.  It is extremely long lived with reasonable care;   it may even outwear the garment.

EMBROIDERY CARE:

Zip all zippers and turn garment wrong side out.  Wash in cool water with NO chlorine bleach in either the laundry detergent or other additives.  Dry in the dryer.  If you are drying a lined item you may want to add a clean tennis ball to fluff up lining.  For stains, we recommend gently rubbing Goop brand hand cleaner into stains and washing as above. 

ABOUT OUR LIMITED EDITION PRINTS:

We use Dye Subliminal printing.  This a a process that is applied to the ink.  It actually turns to a gas and migrates into the medium---whether it is metal, ceramic tile or fabric.  This eliminates the hard rubbery feel of cloth that has been pressed on.  It also does not 'peel' off during laundering.

Limited Edition Prints are printed on fine fabric and glazed with museum quality glaze.  They are matted and framed if necessary (ovals are not matted).

We also offer two grades of frames.  Standard grade come with print and no extra charge.  Upgrade to an Heirloom quality frame for an additional fee.

ABOUT OUR FRAMES:

With reasonable car, any of our frames will grace your home for a lifetime.  We use a variety of frame types -- most of our rectangle or square frames are solid wood.  Oval frames are a composite molded frame, which are very attractive and light weight.

FRAME CHOICE:  Choices for frames are limited to rectangle or oval shapes.  Heirloom quality frames come with a choice of 5 colors, whether they are oval, square or rectangle.   The is an extra charge of $220 for an heirloom quality frame.

SHIPPING:  We ship USPS or UPS ground 3 - 5 day.  We will send a shipping confirmation by email or USPS post card it you do not have an email address listed.
